Corporate Hands: CB Group, Junior Achievement Give Back

On Friday, May 8, CB Group, in partnership with Junior Achievement Jamaica (JAJ) members, shared their personal career experiences with grade-nine students at the Convent of Mercy Alpha Academy, by delivering the ?JA Careers with a Purpose? programme.

Twelve CB Group members of staff volunteered to introduce 268 students to the importance of positive values and ethical decision making within the context of career and life decisions. Topics covered included: career choices, job and life roles, the world of work, analysing information, and building self-confidence.

This is the third year of the partnership which saw CB Chicken, Copperwood Pork, Caribbean Passion, Smart Eggs, Chippenham Eggs, and Bad Dawg Sausages providing meals for students and teachers.
