Fire personnel are now on the scene of a fire at the Half-Way Tree Clock in St Andrew.
They were called to the scene about 9 o'clock after smoke was seen coming from the tower.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
The Half-Way-Tree Clock was built atop a Victorian-era clock tower.
The Jamaica Tourist Board says the tower and clock were built by public subscription in 1913 as a memorial to King Edward VII of England.
