Kingston man arrested in May Pen on cocaine charges

A Kingston man is now in police custody on charges of breaches of the Dangerous Drugs Act.
The police say 50-year-old Donald Murray of an Olympic Gardens address was arrested in May Pen, Clarendon late yesterday afternoon after 2.2 pounds of cocaine was found in his Nissan motor car during a stop and search operation.
According to the police, the drug was found in a white plastic bag and has an estimated street value of $535,000.
Murray has been charged with illegal possession of cocaine and dealing in cocaine.
