Police find firearm in toilet tank, four persons arrested

Four persons are now in custody after the police seized a firearm which was hidden in a toilet tank.
The three males and one female were arrested today in the Mafoota district of St James.
Reports from the Anchovy Police are that about 6:10 a.m., a team of police personnel were conducting an operation in the Mafoota district when a premises was searched and a 9mm Beretta pistol was found in a toilet tank.
The four were subsequently arrested; however, their identities are being withheld pending further investigations.
