The Ministry of Education has announced that it will provide ongoing grief counselling for teachers and students at Lluidas Vale Primary School in St Catherine.
The school was plunged into mourning on Thursday after two students, 12-year-old Roldan Ramsey and 11-year-old Domonic Slue, died in a motor vehicle crash.
According to reports, the two were killed after the bicycle on which they were being transported collided with a truck.
Principal of Lluidas Vale Primary, Uvalyn Barrett-Rose, says the incident left some teachers and students inconsolable.
The education ministry says trauma teams visited the school yesterday and will continue to provide support to staff and students.
