Over 200 rounds of ammunition, guns seized at house in Granville

The police are reporting that they seized three firearms along with 224 rounds of ammunition in Gordon Crescent in Granville, St James.
They say about 11:30 yesterday morning a special operation was carried out at an unoccupied house in the community.
According to the police, the search resulted in the seizure of a Smith and Wesson .40 pistol along with sixty-three .40 cartridges, a Smith and Wesson 9mm pistol along with sixty-eight 9mm cartridges, sixty-four 5.56 cartridges and two magazines.
They say they also recovered a Ruger 9mm pistol along with twenty-nine 9mm rounds of ammunition.
No one was arrested in connection to the seizure.
