Decomposing body found in open lot along Hope Road, St Andrew

Investigators attached to the St Andrew Central Criminal Investigations Branch are probing the discovery of the decomposing body of a man in an open lot on Hope Road in St Andrew yesterday morning.
The police say the body is of dark complexion, medium build, about 5 feet 6 inches long, appears to be in its mid-thirties and sports an unkempt hairstyle.
They say he was clad in a black polo shirt, khaki pants, and dark-coloured socks.
The police say about 11:20 residents saw the body and summoned them.
According to the police, the body, which was is in an early stage of decomposition, had bruises and a wound to the head.
