Students and staff at the Randolph Lopez School of Hope in Elletson Flats, Papine, were treated to a day of festivities by Malta for International Day of Happiness on March 20.The effort was also supported by Tutti Frutti which provided delicious sweet treats free of cost to all in attendance.
