39 rounds of ammunition seized in abandoned building in Kingston

A police-military team on Tuesday seized 39 rounds of ammunition in an abandoned building on Regent Street in Kingston.

The police say the team conducted an operation at a premises in the area about 2:30 p.m.

During the search, the ammunition was found in an abandoned building wrapped in a cloth bag.

No one was arrested.

Investigations are ongoing.
