Melissa Terry, group foundation manager at Chukka, hangs out with students in one of the newly refurbished classrooms at the Dalmally Basic School in Dias, Hanover. The extensive infrastructural and educational improvements at the school were made possible by funds raised during the 2024 Chukka Foundation & Hanover Charities Polo Event. The annual fundraising charity event for 2025 is set to take place on Sunday, February 16 at the Sandy Bay Ocean Outpost Polo Field in Hanover. Last year’s event raised approximately US$41,387, which enabled Dalmally Basic School to be one of the beneficiaries of the proceeds.
