Something Extra
Last Thursday, 'JaMexicans' celebrated the Day of the Dead, and on Friday, the Rock got creepy for Halloween. How scary was your weekend? Here is your daily dose of EXTRA!
Tuesday Talk
1. The doctor and his baby mamas' drama is said to be creating mass hysteria on the ward. Everybody knows what is going on but no one is inclined to call him out. But surely, a more responsible behaviour is expected from health-care professionals in these seemingly diseased-filled days.
2. This would have been funny in another era. But with chick-V sticking up the majority of Jamaicans, some relatively healthy people have become incontinent. In fact, there are indications that adult diapers are in great demand these days.
3. It is customary for short people to make themselves seen and heard, often to the point of annoyance. This lady gadfly proved too much for many who attended the gala affair. Instead of remembering a fabulous affair, many say the various inappropriate witticisms is all they will recall.
4. The water shortage on school campuses is a grave inconvenience for students. Female accommodation, in particular, is made almost unbearable when there is no water. Since water shortage is an annual occurrence, some students are demanding that the administrators make better preparations for the dry season.
