Dates set for Spencer, Hylton anti-doping hearings

The Independent Anti-Doping Disciplinary Panel will convene the preliminary hearings into the alleged anti-doping rules violations of Jamaican athletes Kaliese Spencer and Riker Hylton over the next two days.
Spencer and her legal team will begin proceedings to address charges that she refused a drug test in 2016, before the panel at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the Jamaica Conference Centre.

The hearing for Hylton, who is facing a similar charge will take place at the same venue at 2:30pm on Thursday.
Refusing to provide a sample is one of 10 anti-doping rules violations currently listed under the Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission's 2015 Rules.
Both athletes have denied any wrongdoing.
