Jamaica finished fourth in its first final, the Mixed 4x400m relay, at the World Athletics U20 Championships in Nairobi, Kenya on Wednesday.
Jamaica's team of Shaemar Uter, Alliah Baker, Aalliyah Francis, and Malachi Johnson (in that order), which started from lane two, clocked 3:23.04 minutes, behind gold medallists Nigeria, who clocked 3:19.70 minutes.
Nigeria's time is automatically a meet record as this was the first time the event was ever contested at the Championships.
Silver went to Poland in a season's best (SB) 3:19.80, while India took bronze in an SB time of 3:20.60.
