Vere United defeated Montego Bay United 1-0 in their Jamaica Premier League game at the UWI-JFF Captain Horace Burrell Centre of Excellence this afternoon.
Alton Lewis got the game's only goal in the second minute of first-half stoppage time as Vere United ended their four game winless run.
Vere United now move to 10 points from 10 games played. They have a game in hand.
