Suspect in Tredegar Park murders nabbed

THE KINGSTON Central police yesterday captured one of the major suspects in the Tredegar Park, St Catherine, murders.
The man, known as Biggs, was apprehended in Fletcher's Land, west Kingston.
Superintendent Steve McGregor said the man had fresh gunshot wounds.
Two other persons who were with him when the police raided the premises at which he was staying were apprehended.
Eight persons were murdered in Tredegar Park last Friday. The police have killed two suspects and have apprehended two others.
Yesterday, McGregor told criminals to stay far from his division. He said the men and women under his command were determined to fight against all forms of criminality in the area.
