Sheree Martin, the chief spokeswoman for Jamaica's largest banking group, has been promoted to general manager but maintains the same portfolio for the marketing, communications and service delivery division inside National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited.
Martin was formerly senior assistant general manager for the unit.
Her job upgrade took effect December 1, NCB said Wednesday. She reports to group boss Patrick Hylton.
Martin has held senior positions inside the banking group for a decade, from manager of personal banking back in 2001 to her current role where her job includes interface between the bank and its different publics.
She is also chief executive of the NCB Foundation, through which the bank executes its philanthropy.
