Cole brothers' hard work

The Cole brothers reached their respective positions through hard work, proper training and dedication to the job.
Andrew started out as a waiter 18 years ago at Ocho Rios Jerk Centre before moving on to other locations. Through the years, he has held positions such as project manager, sanitation manager, restaurant manager, bar manager, training manager, assistant food and beverage manager, before being appointed food and beverage manager.
Mark started out as breakfast cook at Couples Sans Souci hotel. He moved through the ranks to hold positions such as junior sous chef, sous chef, executive sous chef, then executive chef.
Now both can add to that the tag of good corporate citizens.
