Opposition Leader Portia Simpson Miller yesterday called for a forensic audit of the operations of the Urban Development Corporation (UDC).
In a media release, Simpson Miller said there were many unanswered questions about how the UDC has been operating and a close examination and evaluation of the state entity was necessary.
The media release also said the opposition leader fully supports the Office of the Contractor General in its probe of the UDC's operations.
The Joy Douglas-led UDC this week admitted that it breached procedure in the sale of a property in downtown Kingston to Bashco Trading Company.
