Exercise more frequently for better results!
Kenneth Gardner, Fitness Club
Technology has engineered much of the physical effort out of current work activities via the infusion of electronics, computers and telecommunication. This has increased the tendency to lead a sedentary lifestyle. This has also increased our health risks, thus the need to exercise more frequently, especially to rid our body of toxins.
Exercise is one of the most fundamental and efficient methods of detoxifying our body. Walking, jogging, running, swimming and cycling are a few of the many aerobic activities from which many of our most vital organs improve their functions and simultaneously detoxify through increased elimination of waste.
Walkathons, marathons, 10K, 5K runs and walks are quite popular. Each activity has its benefits and challenges. These impact our cardiovascular system and legs, so cushion your feet to reduce the damage of jarring your knees. Swimming is an excellent activity. It provides a good cardiovascular and muscular workout. It increases our breathing and body temperature, thus cleansing our lungs, and increases sweating.
Get cycling and walking!
Cycling provides good cardiovascular and muscular workout. It increases our temperature, breathing and core muscular workout. Strengthening core muscles keeps the organs in our abdomen in good shape. Walking increases our body temperature, sweating and breathing. Abdominal exercises help elimination in organs such as the colon, kidneys and the liver. By doing a variety of exercises, we massage and strengthen the muscles around the organs and make them more efficient in their removal of waste. Activities that involve twisting the trunk will improve circulation to the joints of the spine, as well as massaging of the organs of elimination.
Reduces body fat
The reduction of excess body fat is one of the biggest benefits of exercise. Excess body fat is a significant contributor to risks related to cardiovascular disease, the number one cause of death worldwide. Fatty substances clog the arteries, increase blood pressure, and put increased stress and strain on our heart.
Fat is also the place of choice that our body stores toxins. Most tumours commence development in fatty tissues. So, reducing these fat deposits through exercise inherently reduces toxin levels in our body and the chance of tumours and their ultimate development. In general, a major benefit of exercise is reducing fat stores in our body.
Control blood sugar
Increased blood and lymphatic circulation is another key benefit of exercise. Blood and lymph distribute important nutrients around our body and remove wastes and other toxic substances. Our organs and systems could malfunction and shut down if our circulation should be compromised.
Exercise controls our blood sugar. Excess blood sugar or a spike in our blood sugar can be responsible for a variety of maladies, including high cholesterol, Type Two diabetes, etc. Exercise is an excellent modality to get our body moving, increase the circulation of body fluids and manage our blood sugar.
We can maximise our benefits from exercise, by exercising 20 to 30 minutes each day, three times each week. This increases our body temperature over a sustained period and makes us sweat out toxins, massage and stimulate our internal organs, and increase our breathing, thus providing us oxygen therapy.
