The recent Irie Livity Expo was a heaven of natural goodness. Skin care, body care, hair care, even baby care - all 100 per cent natural and organic.

The intoxicatingly delicious aroma of the herbs and spices being used in the food court was on the attack as soon as you entered the venue. The headquarters of the Twelve Tribes of Israel on Irie Livity Expo came alive with the smell of stewed broad beans, ackee, turn cornmeal and unlimited natural juices. The cherry on top was a variety of pastry some made without egg, others without flour, but all perfect to satiate any sweet tooth. Here are the extraordinarily healthy highlights.
