Kiwi Peppermint Martini

INGREDIENTS

1 kiwi fruit (diced)

3 lime wedges

Fresh mint leaves

2tsp white sugar

2oz Regular Stolichnaya Vodka infused in hot pepper

METHOD

Combine ingredients in a shaker and muddle.

Add ice, shake and strain.

Serve in cocktail glass and garnish with kiwi wheel and mint leaves

Serves one.

Lychee Ginger-mint Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

1oz raw ginger

2oz lychee juice

2 whole lychees

3tsp granulated sugar

Fresh mint leaves

2oz Regular Stolichnaya Vodka infused in ginger

3 lime wedges

1oz Créme de Banana liqueur

1oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

METHOD

Muddle all ingredients.

Add ice, shake, strain and serve.

Serves one.

Delight Appleton Special

INGREDIENTS

2oz Appleton Special

1oz Peach Schnapps

1oz orange juice

1oz pineapple juice

Splash of lime juice

Strawberry syrup

METHOD

Combine ingredients and shake. Pour in highball glass

Then, add a dash of strawberry syrup.

Serves one.

Mello-mint Martini

INGREDIENTS

2oz diced melon

Fresh mint leaves

3 lime wedges

2tsp granulated sugar

2oz Stolichnaya Regular Vodka

METHOD

Combine ingredients in a shaker and muddle.

Add six ice cubes, shake, strain and serve in martini glass.

Serves one.

Lightning Bolt

INGREDIENTS

2oz Apple Genesis

1oz. Amaretto Liqueur

1/2oz simple sugar

Splash of lime juice

2oz orange juice

1⁄2oz blue Curaçao Liqueur

1⁄2oz Coruba Jamaica Rum

METHOD

Combine ingredients (except orange juice and Coruba Jamaica Rum).

Pour over ice to 3⁄4 of a glass. Float orange juice on top then pour in Coruba Jamaica Rum.
