Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry with Spaghetti
Ingredients
2 whole chicken breasts, cut in strips
1tsp black pepper
4tsp soy sauce
3tbs Grace Vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1tsp minced garlic
1tsp ginger, crushed
2tsp Grace Yellow Scotch Bonnet Hot Pepper Sauce
1/2 cup carrot, diced
1/2tsp cornstarch
1/2 pk Grace Spagahetti cooked according to package instructions
2 stalks scallion, chopped
1 medium tomato, cut in wedges
Directions
1. In a bowl, marinate chicken with black pepper, soy sauce and Grace Vegetable Oil.
2. In a frying pan, heat remaining Grace Vegetable Oil and use to sauté chicken strips. When almost thoroughly cooked, add onion and garlic and toss lightly.
3. Add ginger, Grace Yellow Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce and carrots and stir. Dissolve cornstarch in remaining soy sauce and add to the frying pan.
4. Stir in spaghetti and scallion, toss lightly and serve garnished with tomato wedges.
