Trisha Bowes-Green thought it would be a regular day at the Kingston & St Andrew Parish Library where she works but, to her surprise, Stephen Miller, sponsorship manager at LIME, visited her with a new Samsung Galaxy S4. Bowes-Green had been having some problems with her phone and LIME thought it would be a good gesture to provide her with a new one free of charge.
