1. Some people are predicting that the Disgraced One will have a lot of leisure time in the near future. Seems like his new job will allow him to kick back with sand on his feet while keeping an eye on the assets. There is always hope - even in dire situations.

2. Tenants have become a bit curious at how early the legal one is getting to work these days - but wait, he is also the last to leave at nights. The suspicion is that he is actually sleeping at the office. So what could have happened at home?

3.  Motorists using Kingsway Avenue are rather disgusted that the roadworks have been completed but the debris remains and is dangerously positioned at the intersection with Hope Road. Are these projects supervised by anyone?

4.  Illegal vending is happening on every street in the capital, but the mayor has promised to clean it all up. Does she have the will, though, when elections are drawing nigh? Let's wait and see.
