Ministry on measles alert

The Ministry of Health and Environment is appealing to parents to ensure that children between the ages of 1 and 18 are fully immunised.
The call comes in wake of an imported case of measles, which was detected in Kingston.
The ministry said its surveillance system indicates that a child from a European destination visiting Kingston is in infected with the disease.
