Teacher dies in car crash

A motor vehicle crash has claimed the life of a 45 year old teacher this morning after the car in which he was driving crashed into the back of a parked vehicle along the Santa Cruz Main Road in St. Elizabeth.
He is George Brown, of Bybrook District in Santa Cruz, who taught at the Lacovia High School.
The police said around 12.40 a.m. Brown, who was alone in his car, was travelling towards Mandeville, when he reportedly lost control of the vehicle, which crashed into the back of a garbage truck.
He died on the spot.
