FCIB donates $135,000 to St Joseph’s hospital

The St. Joseph’s Hospital in Kingston has received 135,000 to assist with the expansion of the renal unit at the facility.



FirstCaribbean International Bank (FCIB) Limited contributed the money.



Head of corporate banking at FirstCaribbean, Clovis Metacalfe, said the financial institution would make a further contribution to assist in stocking the pharmacy at the hospital.



The St Joseph’s Hospital, one of Kingston’s oldest health facilities has been experiencing serious financial challenges in recent years.
