There are reports that that Maxine Henry-Wilson could be forced to relinquish her position as chairman of the South East St. Andrew constituency.

Mrs. Henry-Wilson was a supporter of Dr. Peter Phillips’ ‘Arise and Renew’ campaign.

PNP sources in South East St Andrew said they are eagerly awaiting the constituency conference to oust Mrs. Henry-Wilson.

They are considering replacing her with former Member of Parliament, Easton Douglas, or vice-president Angela Brown-Burke.

Both Mr. Douglas and Mrs. Brown- Burke were supporters of the Simpson Miller Camp in the elections.

When contacted last night, Mrs. Henry-Wilson said she was not aware of any plans to have her replaced, but she did admit that she is currently reflecting on her future role in the PNP.

She said her position on the matter will be made public as soon as she has made a decision.
