Shaw leaves hospital today

Finance and Planning Minister, Audley Shaw is to be discharged from the University Hospital today after he was admitted on Wednesday.
Mr. Shaw was rushed to hospital after he fell ill during a meeting with the prime minister and other cabinet members.
He spent a day in the Intensive Care Unit for closer observation and tests and returned to the Tony Thwaites Wing at the hospital.
Prime Minister Bruce Golding told a meeting of the Jamaica Manufacturers Association last night that Mr. Shaw will be sent on leave.
