Westmoreland road closed

The National Works Agency (NWA) is advising motorists that the Delveland main road, in the vicinity of the Kings Valley Bridge, Westmoreland has been closed.
The roadway has been closed to facilitate the replacement of the bridge, which has been damaged.
Motorists travelling from the direction of Savanna la Mar, heading towards Delveland are being advised to travel via New Hope, through St. Paul’s and then on to Delveland.
The reverse obtains for motorists travelling to Savanna la Mar from the direction of Delveland.
The NWA says that the project is valued at $7 million and is should be completed by December 23.
