Gas prices are to go up by 50 cents tomorrow.

The state owned oil refinery Petrojam said a litre of unleaded 87 is to sell for 50 dollars and 40 cents and a litre of unleaded 90 for 51 dollars and 84 cents.

One litre of E10 is to be sold for 48 dollars and 37 cents.

One dollar and five cents is to be taken off the price of a litre of automotive diesel oil which to be sold for 53 dollars ad 20 cents.

The price for a litre of kerosene has been reduced by one dollar and 15 cents to sell for 51 dollars and one cent.

Sixty-four cents has also been taken off the price of a litre of cooking gas, which is to be sold for 23 dollars and 44 cents.

Petrojam said the changes in prices are a result of movements in the US reference prices and the continuous devaluation of the Jamaican dollar.

As is customary, retailers are to add their respective mark ups to the announced prices.
