Man killed in motor vehicle accident

Another motor vehicle crash in St Elizabeth has claimed the life of a 19 year old man while another was admitted to hospital.
The dead man is Jerow Cunningham of Hill Top in the parish while Mark Austin has been admitted to the Black River Hospital.
Austin is believed to have been the driver of the vehicle.
The Santa Cruz police report that around 11.15 p.m., a blue Integra Honda motor car with the two men was heading towards Lacovia when the driver lost control of the vehicle, which then collided into a wall and a utility pole.
Both men were rushed to hospital where Cunningham was pronounced dead and Austin admitted.
Nine persons have so far died in motor vehicle crashes in St Elizabeth since the start of the year.
