The Association of Government Consultants is supporting some of the findings of the team, which studied the regional health authorities.

The report, has found that there is bungling and overlapping functions with the island’s regional health authorities.

It has also found that there may be questions about the legality of the structures of the health authorities.

The report said the health minister, Ruddy Spencer ignored warnings not to go ahead with abolishing user fees in health facilities.

The president of the Association of Government Consultants, Dr Orville Morgan said he is in agreement with some of these findings.

Dr Morgan said he would like the health minister to make copies available for the issues to be discussed.
