Two shot, one fatally in St. James

Two persons were shot, one fatally by unknown assailants at Mount Carey, St. James last night.
Dead is Errol Tomlinson otherwise called “Sammo”, 43, of Long Corner, Mount Carey while injured is a 46 year-old man of a Mount Carey address.
Police reports are that about 7:20 p.m., both men were at a shop when a motorcar drove up. The occupants of the motorcar alighted from the vehicle and opened gunfire hitting them.
The injured men were taken to hospital where Tomlinson died while being treated and the other admitted in stable condition.
The Montego Bay Police are investigating.
