Missing man found dead in East Kingston

The decomposing body of a man was found in a gully at the rear of premises on South Camp Road, Kingston, yesterday.



The body has been identified as that of Conrad Reid, 25, a baker of Hill View Avenue, Kingston 2.



Police reports are that around 9.15 a.m., residents discovered the body and called the police. An on the spot post mortem was conducted by a government pathologist, however the cause of death was inconclusive. Samples of body fluids have since been sent to the forensic laboratory for testing to determine the cause of death.



The Elletson Road CIB, which is investigating said that Reid was reported missing on Monday, March 2. Investigations continue.
