Boy murdered in St. Thomas

The St. Thomas Police are trying to quell angry residents following the murder of a young boy in the parish.



It is reported that while on his way to a shop in Bamboo River, nine-year-old Courtney Walker was sexually assaulted and killed.



The Constabulary Communication Network Liaison Officer for St. Thomas, Dwayne Smart says a man has been held in connection with the incident.



Smart said that the identity of the suspect is being withheld.
