Injured cops hospitalised

One policeman is now battling for life in hospital and two others being treated after they were shot and injured in a raging battle with a gunman on Westminster Crescent off Red Hills Road, St Andrew, which lasted for about two hours this morning.
It’s reported that the shooting started at a house owned by a popular entertainer, Luciano sometime after 5 a.m. and ended after 7 a.m.
The police had reportedly surrounded the house when the shooting started from inside.
The police say they have since managed to kill the gunman. The gunman was allegedly wanted for several crimes committed in St. Andrew North.
