NCB to close Cash Plus accounts

Embattled investment scheme, Cash Plus Limited has lost another round in its legal battle against the National Commercial Bank (NCB).
The Supreme Court this morning granted permission for NCB to close the remaining nine accounts held by Cash Plus at the bank.
One of the lawyers for NCB, Dave Garcia said the bank would be closing the accounts by the end of the day.
The lawyers representing Cash Plus said they would be appealing the ruling for NCB to close the entity’s remaining 9 accounts.
