While we wait on FLOW

THE EDITOR, Sir:,

I have often seen letters with complaints re the poor service from Flow. I never took much notice, as I did not use their service, However, that changed on April 11, 2018, when I connected to Flow cable TV.

The service was short-lived, as it disappeared on the 19th of April and as of today, May 9, it is yet to be restored. Visits from two technicians and numerous calls to the Kingston office have all been in vain.

One technician said it was a "road problem"; the other said "Waiting for parts from Kingston". Maybe he meant Australia!

On Tuesday, I received a call from the Montego Bay office, asking if the service had been restored and if it was satisfactory. What an irony!

We live in hope that service will eventually return maybe in time for the World Cup.
