Police searching for Costa Rican men

Detectives assigned to the Counter-Terrorism and Organized Crime Investigation Branch (C-TOC) are seeking the public’s assistance in locating four Costa Ricans who are believed to have illegally entered the island in March.

Being sought are  Jeison Jesus Villalobos Arias, 22, of brown complexion, brown eyes and low cut hair; Kristian Antonio Solo Baldivia, 38, of brown complexion, brown hair and stout build; Francisco Javier Flores Blackwood, 58, otherwise called ‘Chico’, of brown complexion, brown eyes and slim build; and a man known only as ‘Persio’.

The police say the men are believed to be in Westmoreland and were last heard from on Thursday, March 7.

A report was made to local authorities and an investigation subsequently launched.
