The National Water Commission (NWC) is advising that drought condition is currently affecting operation at its Queen-of-Spain #3 Deepwell in Trelawny.

As a result, customers in Bounty Hall will experience a disruption in their water supply.

The NWC says a temporary arrangement has been put in place to supply the area with water starting tonight.

It says it will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments to the schedule where necessary.

In the meantime, customers are asked to store water for use during the period they will be without.

Customers may also call the NWC's Trelawny commercial office at 876-727-8054, ext. 5106-9 to request trucked water.
