CG2022 | Smikle, Stona in discus final

Jamaica’s Traves Smikle and Roje Stona are safely through to the final of the men’s discus throw at the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England.

Smikle's best effort on Tuesday was 64.90 metres and he leads all qualifiers heading into Thursday’ final.

Stona who participated in Group B, had a best throw of 58.35m.

Thursday’s final will commence at 2:35 p.m. Jamaica Time
