Try these Simply Fresh bammy recipes

Taking pizza to new heights, bammy pizza was a big hit at the opening.

JP Simply Fresh Cinnamon Toast Bammy

1. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag until the sugar-to-cinnamon ratio suits your taste.

2. Fry bammy sticks and drain.

3. While still warm, shake them in the plastic bag with sugar and cinnamon mixture to fully coat them.

Serve warm.

JP Simply Fresh Bammy Pizza

1. Split the JP Simply Fresh bammy, cocktail or regular size, so your circles become half as thick.

2. Toast and add your favourite pizza sauce and any combination of mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese to taste.

3. Add toppings of your choice and put in toaster oven to broil until cheese is melted.

JP Simply Fresh Bammy Lollipop

Ingredients:

1lb tiny raw shrimp

1 egg white

1tsp ground ginger

1tbsp cornstarch

1tbsp chopped scallion

Salt and white pepper to taste (about 1/2 tsp)

Method:

1. Blend all ingredients together, form a paste into balls and press onto soaked bammy sticks to form a lollipop and fry.

2. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.

JP Simply Fresh Bammy as a 'chip'

1. For a quick fix for unexpected guests, open a bottle of salsa or similar sauce, fry/bake some bammy sticks and serve.

2. Add processed cheese to salsa and melt in the microwave for a cheesy dip with a great flavour.

3. Add red pepper flakes for a 'bite'.
